Dean Message

It is my pleasure and honor to welcome you in the Faculty of Medicine, King Abdulaziz University. The university was established on 1975 and has more than 3,337 physicians graduated until now. The total number of students enrolled from 1st to 6th year is more than 2,000 students.

 Faculty of Medicine is part of the Giant Medical Center which is well-known in the Middle East. The faculty of medicine depends on utilizing the latest methodology in teaching and newly developed curriculum for the sake of graduating physicians with international standards under the supervision of highly qualified academic staff. Also, it offers post –graduate programs in many medical specialties in collaboration with Saudi Council for Health Specialties and the Royal College of Physicians (UK).

 The faculty exerts their utmost efforts to raise the scientific standards and periodical developments through international partnership and collaboration with international European and North American Universities to cope with global development and to get international academic accreditation as King Abdulaziz University Hospital being the first hospital in the Middle East accredited by Canada internationally.
