Abstract : That the enormous potential offered by the World Wide Web (Internet) to serve educational purposes and cultural can not be ignored, has enabled the network of educational institutions to provide quality service sophisticated managed through which to achieve educational goals more effectively, hence it has no choice these institutions only access to the Internet and interactwith placement and search the new roles that can do it through the Internet. in other countries, whether Western ones or Eastern managed educational institutions of strides forward in this area. in the Arab world as well as there are serious attempts to employ this technique but attempts are still at the beginning of the roadand need a lot of studies and research to develop them. The sections of libraries and information at the universities of the Arab countries, it is still largely absent from hiring Internet technology as one of the tools the main which should form the backbone of those sections. This study reality sections of libraries and information in the Arab countries to get to know the extent to employ the Internet and take advantage of the services Translation by team
