المستخلص : Post-circumcision inclusion cyst is well documented complication in the litarature. They can occur at clitoris, vulva or vagina. However stone containing cyst is not described in the english literature. We present a 31-year-old african patient who was found to have a Post-circumcision inclusion cyst of the vulva in the midline at the site where the two labia majora were sutured together. The cyst was resected and pathological examination reveal a cystic structure measureing 4x3.8x3.5 cm and contain numerous stones which variblae in size from 0.2 to 0.7 cm. The microscopic examination reveal epidermal type inclusion cyst. Up to our knolwdeg this is the first case reoprt showing stones contining cyst as a complication of circumcision.
