Abstract : Normal ranges for biparietal diameter (BPD), head circumference (HC), abdominal circumference (AC), and femur length (FL) were established from longitudinal data of singleton pregnancies of Arabian mothers. The data were used to develop a normogram of fetal "growth rate" for each parameter. It is suggested that a normogram of "fetal growth" is of less variance than absolute measurements and could be more useful in the early identification of growth abnormalities than absolute fetal measurements
