Activities:

Carry out scientific seminars to disseminate the culture of strategic planning at the college.

Perform brain storming sessions to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the college.

Develop a proposal for the strategic plans of the college.

Develop communication with community stakeholders.

Communicate with the university to achieve harmony with the university and the Ministry of Higher Education plans.

Develop Strategic Plans for College and approve it by the College council.

Follow up the implementation of the Strategic Plan and intervention according to requirement.
