Speak To Me In My Language Campaign

 

The Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal, headed the opening of the exhibition for the campaign “Speak To Me in My Language” with the presence of Dr. Samia Al Amoudi, Ob-Gyne consultant and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine.

 

Under the supervision of Dr. Raafat Sindhi and Dr. Shaza Bukhari, and in coordination with Public Relation Department at the University Hospital, the campaign was held last Sunday, 14/07/1436H (03/5/2015G) in the main lobby of the University Hospital.

 

The aim of the campaign was to raise the awareness of the community regarding of the importance of learning sign language and on how to properly communicate to children with visual and hearing impairment.
