Faculty of Medicine opens Medication Awareness Campaign

 

Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Mahmoud Shaheen Al-Ahwal, headed in the opening of an awareness campaign entitled “Antidote” last Wednesday, 17/07/1436H (06/05/2015G)in the main auditorium of the University Hospital. The event was also attended by the head of the Pharmacology department, faculty executives and a large number of students.

 

The campaign was organized by students and faculty members of the Pharmacology Department. The campaign aims to raise the awareness of the community about the importance of having a good health for the advancement of public health and also, to make the community aware of correct drug therapy. Exhibition booths were also organized to offer health education and services.
