About the Unit

Welcome to the Community Service Unit at the College of Medicine and University Hospital. Our vision is to lead in providing health services to the community through the use of modern technology and adherence to academic standards.

Our Services:

  1. Carry out scientific seminars to disseminate the culture of strategic planning at the college.
  2. Perform brain storming sessions to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the college.
  3. Develop a proposal for the strategic plans of the college.
  4. Develop communication with community stakeholders.
  5. Communicate with the university to achieve harmony with the university and the Ministry of Higher Education plans.
  6. Develop Strategic Plans for College and approve it by the College council.
  7. Follow up the implementation of the Strategic Plan and intervention according to requirement.

Objectives

  • 1.Solidify and spread the culture of strategic planning in the college
  • 2.Follow up the execution of the college's current strategic plan projects
  • 3.Conduct analytical studies to prepare for the next strategic plan
  • 4.Complete the databases related to strategic planning
  • 5.Coordinate with the various deanships and departments of the university in the field of strategic planning.
  • 6. Pursue the completion of the university's strategic plan projects related to the Faculty of Medicine
  • 7.Prepare publications and files required in the field of strategic planning
  • 8. Assist all departments of the college in developing their strategic plans via providing proper technical support.
